Jean is Dr. Knapp's go to expert. She knows all of the patients on a personal level and give 100% attention and care to everyone in the office. Jean is the point person for the BioTE hormone replacement therapy. She can answer any questions. Please be patient if you are not able to get access to Jean right away, as she is busy researching any and all patient related situations with personal contact. Jean is a Medical Assistant and has been in the medical field for over 25 years. She spends most her time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
